We are delighted to share that The NGO World Foundation (TNW Foundation) has been awarded certification by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP), a designated Certification Agency by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan vide S.R.O. No. 1116(1)/2003.
Our decision to work towards PCP accreditation demonstrates our commitment to providing better service to our beneficiaries and our ongoing efforts in the improvement of processes and procedures. To become PCP certified, The NGO World underwent an evaluation process that included an organization’s structure, finances, systems, procedures, processes and programmes for a specific period against standardized parameters. PCP also conducted a performance evaluation of the organization on behalf of FBR and certified that The NGO World meets with the desired requirements of certification standards (notified by FBR) in the areas of internal governance, financial management, and programme delivery.
We are hopeful that PCP certification will help us to enhance NPO’s credibility and its access to resources.
